Gratitude is a state of mind that can truly help you create a
magnificent life. When
we really look for the "things" (really people, places and
material things) in our life that we appreciate, we start to
turn our focus towards those kinds of things. As we could start to look
for more of those things, we start attracting more of them
simply because we are focused on them. The more we look, the
more we see and the more grateful we feel.
It is cycle that builds on itself to help create a life
of intensely satisfying feelings and expectations and
experiences.
Now, one of the problems with trying to keep your conscious
attention on being grateful is that it takes a committed focus.
